Aug 2010	Student Assistants Personnel	A system to manage the Active Directory accounts of frequently changing student assistants; accounts created through this module expire by default at the end of each quarter, with the option to renew in a single click.
Aug 2010	Graduate Student Office Space Maps	A system to assign grad space dynamically. A GUI with the ability to upload maps and choose the coordinates of personnel cubicles.
Jul 2010	Dept Listserv update	Allow student assistants to send emails to the listserv on behalf of staff, and keep a log of the emails sent.
May 2010	Develop a calendar of Department EVENTS	that triggers a response from the IT team. Events like Maintenance tasks and software renewals. The calendar will send a notification email(s) to selected department members.
Oct 2009	Graduated Graduates	The graduate advisor fills in the information about students who left the department. The systems generates scripts that will disable their accounts, and archive their home drives.
Oct 2009	Undergraduate Advising Appointments	to automate appointment making for undergrads. The system is basically a calendar that is accessible to any student on campus with a Kerberos username and password. The advisors can select their schedule and block certain dates.
Oct 2009	Equipment Salvage	A system to replace the classic excel sheet, and keep a log of all salvaged equipment. It also generates an excel sheet to be provided at pick up.
Apr 2009	TA Assignment Module	A module that is part of the Course Scheduling System. It sends out TA notifications for graduate students first, then after two weeks later, lecturers receive an automated email to select their preferences.
Mar 2009	Islamic Center of Davis	The main website of the Islamic community center of Davis. It contains the center's calender of events and activities in addition to all the related media.
